3. The purpose of processing personal data and the legal grounds for processing
JM-Valu processes the personal data of its customers and/or their contacts in order to take care of sales and marketing measures related to JM-Valu's business. The goal of personal data processing is:
- To analyze and improve the customer relationship with the unit represented by the registered person - to offer you products and services. Your personal data is processed to fulfill the rights and obligations according to the contract or other commitment between JM-Valu and you.
- Communicate with you, for example, send you important messages and other services, tell you about our changed services and ask you for feedback about our products and services.
- Gives you information about JM-Valu's new products, services and offers.
- Manage and develop JM-Valu's business operations.
The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of JM-Valu or the consent of the registered person.
4. Collected personal data
The personal data collected by JM-Valu may, among other things, contain the following types of personal data and their changes:
- first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, name of the company represented by the registered person and company contact information
5. Automatic data collection
No personal information is collected from the users of the online service, from which an individual user could be identified. Aggregated statistical information on the use of the service can be collected on the total number of visitors to the service, the most popular pages, service entrance pages, service exit pages or other similar information. Google Analytics can be used to collect statistical information on the website.
6. Regular sources of information
Most of the collected information concerns the registered person or the company he represents and/or the products and services he has purchased. Personal data and their updates are also obtained from authorities, organizations and companies providing credit information and personal data updates, public directories and other public data sources.
7. Regular data transfer and data transfers to countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area
JM-Valu uses external service providers for the processing of personal data, who process personal data on behalf of JM-Valu for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy. Service providers may use personal data only to provide agreed services to JM-Valu and in accordance with the conditions agreed with JM-Valu.
8. Personal data retention period
Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary taking into account JM-Valu's business needs, mainly for three (3) years from the last active business transaction between the parties.
9. Principles regarding the protection of personal data
JM-Valu guarantees the data security of the collected data by using adequate technical and organizational measures. Only JM-Valu's authorized representatives and authorized external service providers acting on behalf of JM-Valu have the right to process personal data. JM-Valu has granted limited access to personal data only to those persons who need that access.
10. Your rights regarding personal data
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in the register. The request must be made in writing to the email address specified in this privacy policy. You also have the right to prohibit JM-Valu from using your personal data if there is no legal basis for processing the personal data. You also have the right to ask JM-Valu to limit the processing of your data. In addition, you have the right to ask JM-Valu to correct incorrect information about you. Requests regarding the above-mentioned matters must be made in writing to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
11. Changes to the privacy policy
JM-Valu has the right to change from time to time the information in this privacy policy and its policy for handling the personal data of its employees.
